It's still an ok place to rent, but over the past 6 months I have noticed a considerable increase in the amount of noise - especially late at night. Also, it looks like they are renting to more students, which is suprising since they are charging almost $2k per month for a single bedroom. Anyways, I have decided that it is too much money to pay to put up with the noise and will most likely leave when my current lease is up. I'm sure there are other residents that have complained about this, which is too bad because it really is a nice, clean place to live. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb

We have very few "noise complaints" here and do take the peaceful enjoyment of our residents very seriously. Multiple reports about a specific apartment do and will lead to eviction from the community. We do not, however, descriminate against anyone who desires to live at this beautiful community. Thank you!
