I've just recently moved to Bear Hill and am enjoying the stay. I'm an Archstone transfer and have previously lived at both nice and not so nice Archstones. I like the fact I have a garage which is very key in this part of the country. I also enjoy the amenities here which where I was coming from were very few. I think the rents are priced high but I understand it is the new area and not necessarily anything else. All in all, I'm satisfied - I'm close to Boston but still far enough away and ultimately comfortable. I'm pretty laid back though and know from experience that apartment living is what it is and you either like it or you don't. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
