I am a student at Bentley College and read the reviews of both Bear Hill and Cronins and chose Bear Hill due to its secluded, laid back location and personal garage. They have recentley, as of Dec 04 insulated the garages which has eliminated the garage noise problem. The managment and staff are very nice and the apartment is awesome overall. I dont really see a problem with college kids being loud for college kids that can afford the rent here aren't your average party non stop college kids. I would highly recommend it.
