I invite anyone to drive through the community after a snow storm and visit. The snow removal at Archstone Bear Hill is very good and we have received no complaints other than the one above in the office. If we are called and made aware of a problem, we will take steps to quickly remedy it. Management.

I just moved in. It snowed today and it has not been cleaned, and almost no one can get up the steep hills. I have seen 2 cars go up, a hummer and a porshe cayene. There isn't even salt on the ground right now. When I was stuck at the bottom, I was speaking to another tenant who said this is normal, they are never prompt with cleaning the streets. They usually get icy and worse the next day.

Co. did not remove snow in front of the garages today. It's 3pm and nothing. I called and nobody is in to remedy this problem. Another lost day due to Archstone's poor management. Merry Christmas!

Truly an awful experience from the poor managment to the fee charged to drop the trash off at the compactor. Appliances are 10 years old, windows leak, property floods. Do yourself a favor...look elsewear
