Bear Hill is grossly overpriced. What's worse, and far more insipid than the lack of value for your dollar, is that the management team has some significant integrity issues.

Ciaobella77 shouldn't make comments like this without backing them up with specific examples. S/he does everyone who is searching for an apartment a disservice. Yes, Bear Hill is expensive, but we live in a free market. They wouldn't be able to charge such high prices if enough people didn't think they were worth it. I, for one, as a 2 year resident, think they are.
