When considering rental properties in Waltham, MA I found Archstone Bear Hill to be the only one I would even consider. It was so much nicer than the other places I visited. The ladies in the office are friendly and helpful, the service team takes care of requests pretty quickly, and I find the property to be very scenic. Personally, I haven't had any problems driving the property, but it has been a pretty mild winter so far. I like that the application process was easy and straight forward and although it is exspensive, I think the prices are reflective of the area. I also like having my own garage and not worrying about any parket tickets or fighting for a spot like I have in the past. Plus, it's really quiet here & the gym is nice.
