We've lived here for almost two years, in two different apartments, and love it for an apartment complex. Sorry to be leaving, but can't afford living there any more!

PROS: It's extremely quiet (never hear the neighbors), convenient (huge garage with a stairway directly to the apartment and plenty of extra parking), and in a fantastic setting - both of our apartments looked out over the forest. All of our maintenence problems were fixed within a day, and management was polite and helpful. The gym was terrific. Almost no kids, mostly upper-income professionals who were quiet and kept to themselves. Also gated, which at least feels safer.

CONS: REALLY FREAKIN expensive, which is why we're (sadly) moving out. Also, the heating costs were outrageous for a small apartment. Snow removal was not great.
