Moved here on July 2008, still a resident as of this review.

Pros:
- Very beautiful place. You're basically on a hill, surrounded by woods. You can even see deer passing through the complex.
- Management staff is polite, responsive. Don't know how they were 2 years ago but they the staff are VERY professional now.
- Maintenance requests are done in 1 day, no excuses.
- Every apartment has a private connected garage. Extra garages are HUGE & for $200 only. I could both put all my stuff in there and park our second car.. Perfect!
- All dogs are welcome except aggressive breeds. Peaceful & entertaining to walk around..
- Gym area is neat, clean
- Pool area has bbq grills and tables. Very good for a bbq weekend
- Pool & gym are closed at 10 PM. Perfect if you work a bit late
- Snow removal is adequate.

Cons:
- Buildings are a little older but not as much as the ones in Boston
- Thanks to all the woods & such, you might get some bugs outside your apartment & inside if you keep the balcony door open.
- There's only the maintenance staff to clean the pool, not a dedicated person or a lifeguard
- If you have a 2WD car with summer tires etc, you might experience some trouble during winter. Even with all the snow removal, there'll be hardened snow on the sides etc. Carefully driving solves this but they really need to make the hilly part grooved.
- No speed bumps. There are cars & trucks going @ 40 mph in the complex. Good side is, the management WILL warn if there's a complaint about this and issue a warning ticket.
