If it weren't that we are purchasing a house there would be no reason to leave. The few things that have been troublesome in the past are fixed now. It seems the new management on site is trying very hard to correct the problems of the past. The pool has been staffed everyday this summer! The dogs are being picked up after better, and even the dead trees have been removed and replaced. True, the rent here is a bit higher than some but I will gladly pay it because of the amazing maintance guys and the free parking. Then when you take in the fact that the utilities are included and the pool is free as well it is a good deal. The only issue I have is there could be some more lighting at night and the pool could be open an hour or two later. But other than that this is a great place to live.
