As a resident here, I think it's pretty obvious that the last reviewer does not exist. The staff here has never been directly rude to me, but they have never gone out of their way to be especially helpful.
It seems like the "reviewer" was more interested in trashing the place across the street, Archstone's biggest competition. I would bet my next month's rent that someone in this office wrote that last review. How about instead of writing fake reviews you spend that five minutes trying to figure out ways to help out your current residents.
