heating is included but it is set on auto so after a while the heating system shuts off heat to your unit irrespective of the thermostat setting in your room. laundry is always broken and a total rip off with the card system they have. property manager is a tool and has some kind of memory problem. Make sure you take pictues before moving in and get everything in writing from the idiotic leasing staff. they try their best to rip off your deposit money when you are about to move out. If you can find an alternative place to live take it.
