I moved in with my husband in 2003 and we have been pleasantly surprised with the community. The rent is very good after paying city rent for a few years. The staff is excellent, especially since the two new ladies arrived. Sometimes it gets noisy, the walls are thin and we have very heavy walkers upstairs and some new people have moved into the building with strange characters. I have to agree with the 2 machines per 2 buildings get a bit annoying when there are two people ahead of you waiting mid week to wash. I would recommend it overall.
