First, my apartment flooded after the rains in October. After many calls to the office they finally sent someone over to vacum up some of the water. I repeated this process over about 5 days. Because the water was not vacuumed up quickly there was molding on the carpet and my apartment smelled bad. I was told that they couldn't clean the carpet unless I gave them two weeks notice and even then they wouldn't clean under the furniture. They also wouldn't replace the carpet. I'm just glad I left before the May rains.
My final bill (no discount even though I moved out early because the conditions were bad) it said that I could pay for it by credit card. I called up and the office didn't know how to do that.
The bright note is there is lots of parking and no regulations on it. If you don't have a bottom apartment, have to deal with the office, or have neighbors it might be okay. The location was good.
