Positive Points:
Great location, less than a mile from I-95 and Route-2. Very close to Shaws, Banks, Supercuts, CVS Pharmacy, DunkinDonuts, Staples, Restaurants, etc. Alewife(10mins), Downtown(20min), Logan(30min).
No sticker parking; Convenient for residents and visitors.(No Towing fees for your friends, etc).
Spacious balconies.
Satellite Dish Installations allowed.
Washer/Dryer in basement of the building.
Apartment complex is on a very flat surface and its safe and convenient for driving/parking in Winter unlike neighboring hilly Apartment complexes (Windsor-Village and Ridge). In winter, this is very helpful to Pregnant women, Elderly people and Families with kids!!
Very friendly/co-operative Staff (Deb and Christine) and great maintenance supervisor (Fred).
Flexible Lease Terms (Not many entertain this or ask ridiculously high price for this).
Heat and Hot water included.
Average Fitness Center and decent Swimming Pool.
Convenient Trash pickup.

The rent increases like anything after the first year! It was $1200 for the first year and the next year it went up to $1370.
