I am very content with my residency at BriarGlen in Waltham. The property is well maintained at all times of the year. Although it is an apartment complex, it is nice to not have shared hallways and common doors. Here every tenant has there own entrance way. Also, the maintenance staff is prompt, while the office staff is friendly.
