All comments about over priced and poor quality are true. Additionally beware of shady rental practice. We rented month to month but did not give notice in writing on the exact day 30 days in advance and managment. When we replied that we actually gave notice 54 days in advance, management using unprofessional threatening tactics charged us for an extra month.

I am confused I have rented before and a thirty day notices on a month to month lease has to be given on or before the due date of the rent. I am interesting in renting here as well, but if they charged you for an extra month sounds like you made a mistake not them, and your decison on poor quality i would say i would not believe you since again you "did not give notice in writing on the exact day 30 days in advance and managment" So i guess you can chalk this review as false. As far as price, from my experience as a consumer, i always know what the price that i am renting or buying, referencing again "All comments about over priced" where is it that they forced you to rent there, obviously you liked the price and the quality of the place. Noone in there right mind would rent there if they did not like the place and price. Like i said earlier this review could not be true.

I took a look at the place...not bad but what i can say is that quite a few ppl said they were leaving b/c of the management.

I lived there for a year. I never had issues with management. In fact, they were quite responsive (and no, I'm not from the management). The original poster just sounds like a total --------.
