Great place,
Parking in front of your apartment, but management does not promise it, because if you lived in an apartment you know all tenants violate parking. Easy to all highways, stores and restaurants, and a big advantage no management on site. The price is high but no section 8's here like at avalon in lexington. Saw windsor, but heck i was no dummy,like the agent who show'd the apt., at Briar so i rented here. Cronins was for the wannabe crowd, if was to pay that price to see people living on the streets and out my door i would live in boston. The price here is high but i can afford it, and noone bothers you here, the mgmt has a sense of humor as well, which is nice, when you have no heat in the middle of winter and the sweet old woman that cannot understand your request and gives wrong directions to the place and say's "YOU SHOULD HAVE PAGED THE MAINTENANCE MAN AT NIGHT HE WOULD HAVE CAME OUT " she is yelling at me for not having maintenance come out just like my mom, yells at me. Overall the experience is was a ten. Unfortunately i am moving to New York City in August 2nd, 2002. It is just an apartment, part of life sweet charms, i want to say good bye to the staff the 2 new mgr's , why would any one want that job,the sweet old woman who answers the phone and and to all the maintenance staff have a blessed life.
