I have been having problems with hot water and Dishwasher. I have been giving them notice to move out beacuse of the management and they try to con my money month after month.

I give them notice to move out in Feb but they madeup a letter stating that i requested to stay till May. If i move out before May, i will lose 3 months of money unless they can find someone beforehand.

There is also problem with the lighting outside after dark. The company gotten so cheap that they stop turning on lights after dark...

Since the wall is so thin, people around this building likes to play music in the morning and it is really noisy in the morning...

The workers from Briar Glen can enter the house whenever they want and i found out that some of my stuff are missing...

Thank you very much for your review. I was thinking of moving to Briar Glen Village but now will rethink my decision of moving there. I faced the same problem at Waltham Overlook apartment, formerly known as Archstone Waltham. There were a lot of maintenance activities in my absence... followed by a break-in in my apartment. I lost some of my precious stuff! Looking for a safe place to stay..
