I lived here from June 06 to June 07. Nothing but good to say about the place. The grounds are impeccably maintained. My one bedroom apartment had an enormous kitchen, counter space and cabinet space. The utility room in my unit with washer/dryer hookups (full-sized washer/dryers, not the stacked) was convenient and something you don't typically find in apartment complexes. Response to repairs was immediate and typically taken care of the same day or next day. I don't quite understand the reviews that claim they were "ripped off" 3 months (or whatever time frame) rent. A lease is required - the terms of the lease are clear. Anyway, I'd highly recommend the complex - a good year all around.
