The buildings and grounds are beautifully maintained. In five years of living here, I have had only maintanence issue, and it was addressed quickly and effectively. My only complaint is about the laundry facilities; though they work, the cost is too high, and the dryers are ineffective. (They ALWAYS require two cycles - a big hassle since the machines are in the next building.) I find it more worth my while to take my laundry elsewhere.
I think that they have a security service, but I am unable to rate it because I have never felt the need to call upon one.
Office hours are short, but I haven't found this to be a problem. Maintenance is always on call.
