Charlesbank Estates has a very friendly and helpful management office. They keep the grounds nice as well. The apartments inside are nice and spacious, with hardwood floors and decent closet space. The outdated windows allow too much wind, noise, and spiders in. The window screens are either missing, or have holes in them which allow spiders in. Did I mention the spiders'

There is one air conditioner - in the living room - but you will need at least a second one in your bedroom for the summer months. Unfortunately, you will find it difficult to configure a unit to fit your bedroom window, due to the odd shape and size of it.

Another issue is the noise level. The hardwood floors must be covered with carpet. If you have someone above you, just hope they cover theirs and keep decent hours too!

Other than the few issues, these units are fairly nice for the money. As soon as the rental market surges again, and these apartments rates also rise, they won't be worth the money.
