I have been here for quite some time and honestly, the place is beautiful, well managed and well maintained. However, the worst thing is the thin walls and floors. If you are not on the second floor, better be able to live with noise as you can hear every movement, conversation and steps sound like the whole roof is about to fall on your head. Of course if you have a family or married couple live above you, better forget the idea of a good night sleep. Parking is great and so are the services rendered, laundry is not good and honestly for the money you pay, it may be a little pricy. Good luck for those who want to move in, as for me, my experience is enough!!
