One of the best places in Waltham. Convenient location. Spacious rooms with flow air. Enough parking space. No hidden costs (the rent includes hot water, heating, parking, all you need to pay is electricity which is usually $50 for a 2bedroom). I have been living here for more than 3 years. The only thing I don't like is laundray. Two washers and two dryers for whole building 18 units, which is a bit crowd. Plus the machines are not replaced frequent enough, which means they are probably very old and looks not that clean. 6 quarters for washing and 5 quarters for drying, more expensive than most other places.
