I lived here for 6 years in a second floor unit. The rare problems I had that needed maintenance were handled very quickly and efficiently - even when a pipe burst while I was on vacation.
The only thing I hated was the sound from upstairs, especially if those tenants had kids. Everything was hardwood floors, so there wasn't any insulation.
Other than that, it was great. It's close to everything. They had the snow cleared out fast (the complex owner also owns construction equipment) and I was there the years Boston broke the previous snowfall amount records (over 100 inches).
