Too much noise

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
charlesbank estates has very very poor insulation, can hear everything: conversations, TV, kids running around. not a place for privacy.
living on middle floor is bad because you can hear from units from up and down.
Also way too many bugs..
the only good thing about this place is the grounds.
