I have lived here since 2001 and thoroughly enjoy the experieince. In fact, I have just moved to another apartment on the property. The property manager, office staff and crew are courteous, professional and experienced. Repairs have always been done rapidly and correctly. The grounds are well kept and quite lovely in the Spring when everything is blooming. The location is ideal; i.e. close to commuter train and Boston. I would not hesitate to recommend Charlesbank Estates and, in fact, have already done so.
