I've been living here since 2001 and have found things much to my liking. Both the office and maintenance staff are dedicated to making the tenants happy and I experienced this personally when I recently moved to another, larger, apartment in the complex. I was given my choice of new kitchen cabinets, got a new stove and microwave, and was consulted on other things as well. The maintenance crew basically re-vamped the entire apartment and did a great job. When something needs to be repaired, I know I can count on the maintenance crew to be there and get the job done. I look forward to many more years as part of the Charlesbank Estates community.
