Looking the new apartment to live.
The reviews of this complex look unusual to me. It is questionable for its management. Also it is quiet for long time. But after one bad review, several guys come up the good reviews and they have lived there more than 10 years 30 years.
any thoughts'

These people did a super job in setting up my new apartment (I recently moved to another apartment in the complex) and I'm a firm believer in giving credit where credit is due. If you're suspect of the timing of my post, that's your problem. I can tell you in no uncertain terms - I'm not an employee of Charlesbank Estates. Why don't you explain why you posted such a negative review?

Nothing suspicious that I can see. Just looking at review pages and as I have lived here for several years, I posted a review based on my own positive experience as a tenant. I don't quite know what you are implying but I can assure you that I do NOT work here. Why did you post?
