I lived in Charlesbank Gardens for 5 years. I left in August, 2003 only because I purchased a house. The rent, in my opinion, was "reasonable." The management was great and always responded promptly to any needs. The grounds are always kept plush and trim. No apartment setting is perfect, but Charlesbank Gardens is one of the best that I?ve ever lived in. I recommend it highly.
