Lived for 3 years. Noise from South Street unbearable with trucks going by. Lights from parking lot right into bedroom. Paint peeling. Neighbors sometimes loud. Otherwise fine.

I agree with the noise from South street part. But paint peeling? We don't have this, maybe because it was newly painted.
