I just moved in in June - the place is wonderful! The office staff are friendly and accomodating, the swimming pools are kept immaculatley clean, and have supervised staff. 24 hour maintenance and security a plus, and maintenance is fast to respond. Mostly professionals and quiet students (subletting is NOT allowed which helps deter students) very few small children.

Actually we see many small children, but they all have parents supervising when play around, which is required in the lease. So not a problem.
