noise from heat pipe, otherwise fine

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
noise due to the old heating system, so in winter you will hear noise every time the heat comes. But you will get used to it. And the corner room cold in winter, hot in summer. And air conditioning only in living room. But sure you can put window units in bedrooms. Overall, very good, and consider the price, no better deal in Waltham.
