I called to get information to inquire about their units and was greeted by a horrible agent who passed me along to a completely incompetent office manager.

I requested to come onsite and visit their units; they told me that I could only see two units per visit. They have four or five different types of units that I wanted to rent. I work in IT as a Systems Engineer and rarely have time to take off from work. I don't see the point in making three trips to the same complex to see if I want to rent from them.

Their management office and employees are completely uncooperative. I can??t imagine what it would be like to stay there with that type of management.

You must be confused. I live here and they don't have 4 or 5 different types they only have 3. I've been here three years and know the office staff to be very nice. The owner drives around every morning picking up dropped branches and stuff to keep the place clean. I think you confused this complex with others that have Charles in the name

Unless they replaced the staff, whoever wrote this post is way off their marker. I lived at Charlesbank from 97-99. We had an issue with our refrigerator when we moved in, a pretty bad odor. They tried a couple of times to correct it and after that ended up getting us a brand new fridge. Mind you this was only after being there for a week or so! I can assure you that most other landlords wouldn't be so quick to get a new fridge just because the tenant complained about an odor! I loved my stay there and only had to move when I got married and moved out of town.

You are so wrong. I have lived in the Complex for over 7 years. I LOVE IT!! The office staff has been awesome and so helpful over the years as I switched roommates. The Maintenance staff is AWESOME!! They respond and fix problems quickly and correctly. I have no complaints.

I agree with the post .. Kathy is bad .. Donna is just a shadow of Kathy so I cannot comment on Donna..
