You are very mistaken about the staff at Charlesbank GARDENS. I have lived here for over 6 years and they are amazingly great in all aspects-management, repairs, preventive measures and the most personable and helpful staff anywhere. You would be fortunate to have your application accepted.

Is it meant to be a joke ? Or is the apartment a heaven ? I bet there are lot more nicer places to live in but hola .. "application accepted" - I am the lucky one deserving more rewards than the other unlucky fellows.
But if I look behind me and count the number of unluck fellows .. Zero..
