I have lived here for over 7 years. I LOVE the staff. Donna and Kathy are the best and have been so helpful and considerate over the years. The Maintenance staff is great. Nice guys and they do good work. The buildings and grounds are well maintained. I have always felt safe living here. I have never heard of break ins or Cars stolen. I have had a few roommates over the years. The lease and the application process have been great to deter people who are not responsible or looking to trash the buildings. I highly recommend living here.

I know of a car break-in of a Brandeis University student in 2001. Apart from that I never heard of car-break-in.
