I find it the best apartment in Waltham. The ambience is great and well-kept. Maintanence people are good, very courteaus and are known to fix your problem within couple of hours. Buildings are old but well-kept. The vacuum-cleaning of stairs are done regularly. It feels good to have nice neighbors in Waltham. People love to live in hardwood floors. However, all hardwood floors in the top (3rd) floor produces a lot of noise for the people living in the second floor. Be conscious of this fact and you can go ahead with renting in Charlesbank. Everything else is astounding.
