I listened to the suggestion on this website and moved to a third floor. It was cheapest construction i had ever lived. You can hear downstairs snoring every night. The kids were screaming. If the kids is running, you will experience the earthquake because the floor shakes.
You can hear they talk and laugh and sneeze unless you are lucky having a quiet neighbor downstairs or the one share the same wall.
If you live close to South street, then you will have to tolerate the truck driving by every morning at 5 am.
Find somewhere better.
