As we sit packing up our apartment to move to our new home we wish to comment on Charlesbank. Our three years here have been a great experience. A good location in a well maintained complex. The maintenance dept. always responded quickly to any repairs. The office staff were always pleasant and helpful about the neighborhood when we moved in. The rent was good and steady. I liked that the people who own it are not some big company that has to ask headquarters for answers all the time. I would recommend living here.
