I can't believe it but my time here is finally coming to an end. I am a brandeis student and have been living here for the past year and a half. Overall, I have enjoyed my experience and would definitely recommend to others... Had a few minor issues with my shower but other than that, no problems. Maintenance took care of the issue. Commuting was easy since parking is right below the building -- I have a 1 bedroom and have never paid for parking since it came with my rental.

oh, I too have met "Queen Margie" and let me just say that there are a majority of people who actually like her in the building too, myself included. Yes, she can be strict and stern but that is usually directed at those same people that are throwing parties and playing their music loud.
