Now we have a new team, Property Manager, Maintance Supervisor and a new maintance technician but guest WHAT there are imposible to deal with. Well I must say that they still have a wonderfull person in that team (Felix, the old maintance technician. I hope he does not leave) at least not until the end of my lease.
He seen to be the only person in the maintance team that knows what to do. The new Manager looks like she has a lot a experience in a very low income property. She is never in the property and when she is she does not know how to be professional and solve the tenants complaints. Please do not rent here.
