Great building, fabulous location (there is a restaurant under the building!) and very well maintained. I am impressed with the building since I moved in 9/04. I have lived in high rises buildings before and I can see the work that goes in here to keep it looking so nice. It even smells good in the hallways! The people who work downstairs in the office are very nice and the maintenance is top notch too. Everything I have asked for has been done the same day! That is amazing to me. I hardly hear any noise, so I don't know what the other comments are talking about. They are old, so maybe it's changed. I highly recommend!
