I never expected to pay close to $3000 for a noisy dorm with paper thin walls. The management will promise to waive the termination penalty, free month's rent, etc in order to sucker you into a lease. Beware... Make them sign every addendum they offer, don't take their word for it. They are very opportunistic and short sighted about what they offer. They get commission for every lease, so they will promise anything to get you to sign. They promised to waive my termination penalty, which they never honored and even lied about when it came time to move out.

The hallways smelled like pot. The walls were paper thin and we could hear every argument and conversation. One person above us would not stop bouncing a ball an they told us there was nothing they could do.

The nights were filled with Bentley students running through the hallway drunk. If you never want to sleep and prefer to pay a lot for a terrible situation, this is the place for you. If not, go anywhere else.

There are better places.
