Me and my wife are looking for a place to live outside of Boston. We now live in a Chalres E. Smith complex and had recently come across a listing for Cronin's Landing.

I noticed that ALL the complaints have to do with this building been a dorm. Is this really the case or is it just a few people who have had nasty neighbors'

When we looked for ratings on our building we noticed that all the bad reviews are not at all what we have experienced. People have written that our building too is like a dorm but that is not true. Sure, there are college students who live here but it is hardly a dorm.

Having lived in Boston before we know that being close to a college there will be students and with Brandies and Bentley near by I'm sure this is this case with Cronin's.
