Yes, Cronins has a lot of College students but the truth is that the building is not like a dorm. I have been living here for more than a year and i havent had a single problem sleeping or parties. Sure, u can hear noise if u are walking in the halls, but not in your apartment.

But all the apartmentas are great looking, nice lobby and great gym and parking. This is the best place to live in Waltham because you have lots of stores and restaurants in walking distance.

Maintainence and office staff is very friendly and attentive and i have never had a single problem or bad experience.
