We've lived here a year and are moving out tomorrow. The apartment in and of itself is in a great location. We didn't have problem with college kid noise since we had an end apartment across the hallway from an older gentleman. However, the management is what has driven us out. Where shall we start. Well, over the summer, on one of the hottest days of the year, they gave us 8 hours notice that they were going to turn the A/C off at night. When we wrote a letter of complaint, they basically said "sorry, sucks to be you." During our last month, they terminated our online automatic rent payment, and then sent us an e-mail while we were on vacation saying they had done this. 2 days after our rent was due (the day we returned from vacation) we received a nasty letter saying that our rent was late. We paid the rent immediately after we returned. One week before our lease is up (tonight) they placed a letter under our door at midnight stating that we owe them rent money for the rest of the month. Note that our lease ends mid month and they wanted another half months rent!
