Not as good as they make it sound. THey will tell you the heat is paid, but it really isn't -- technically it is but to get any heat, you have to run the furnace fan and that can easily run over $250 per month. Misleading. Management not very poilite or friendly. They also raise the rent over 10% every year. It's quite a jump on already overpriced apartments. Now I have to spend money moving out after just one year. THe garage is constantly open due to constantly broken down gates, there are rats in the garage too. YUCK! And they want how much per month''' k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
