Not worth the price

Price of these apartments is pretty steep for the amenities. They have a concierge who will retain any packages delivered for you. That is a big plus. The apartments are cleaner than most buildings I have seen in the 6 years of apartment living in Boston area. But everything else is a minus. The apartments are small and cramped, not enough closet and pantry space, cabinets in kitchen are all inconvenient, a/c and heat end up costing a lot, they have a monthly trash fee, parking fee etc. The garage door is always broken altho the claim is that it is a gated entry garage. The area around is noisy with people and traffic esp. over weekends. People living in the building are not very friendly except older folk. The leasing office and maintenance are courteous and timely. We have had issues with some bugs coming into the apartment from outside. They look like scary icky inch long black caterpillar like things. They do send pest control fairly quickly but it is a recurrent problem. For the rent, they should control this better.
The gym is very well maintained. There is no community hall, tennis court or swimming pool. But there is the river walk behind the bldg.
If you can afford it, it appears like a swanky place which you can show off to your friends. But it is not worth the money you pay.
