what a trap!!!! to say the least

Drew Realty is okay as far as the compassion aspect goes which I'm only speaking for Paul. As far as maintnence it sucks with a capital "S"... I have lived on Lincoln st for a couple of years and so far I regret doing so.... But in my situation I don't have much choice but to put up with it. I have had neighboors that have had fights in the halls and parties so loud I could hear the words to the music, Drugs come in and out of this building and nothing gets done. I have had nothing but problems with my apt, not to say that Paul has been very compassionate with me I have nothing bad to say about him personally but as far as running these places he needs some classes. I have a list of things that have gone wrong and are still wrong with my apt.
1. Garbage disposal( recently fixed) would
clog up if someone used theirs at the same time as myself, finally it broke completly after much complaining, and they took 4 days to fix it.
2. Locks on doors were incorrectly fixed and i was told to lie about it to an inspector.
3. Smoke detector broken since 1'st winter that i moved in also told to lie about it to inspector.
4. Countless times bathtub stopped up and finally got incorrectly fixed, had extremely toxic liquid to try to drain it in my tub for two days with a 1 year old in the house while matinence went on to fix other "problems".
5. Mold in windows that was disgusting took a few times of bleaching to get rid of but finally went away.
6. Toilet leaked from floor seal still isn't fixed, replaced the flusher which isn't the problem... what a joke
7. Took up carpets in my apt which i loved because of stench from a previous flood, that caused mold and nasty smell.
8. Window in my bedroom that they took 4 months to fix that broke and could have easily hurt my child.
Like I said before Paul is great and understanding but he needs more help as far as maintenence is concerned but he really also needs to inform partners of deals that he makes with tennants so they stop getting letters pasted on their doors.
Would I recomend living here To someone used to noise, ignorant neighboors and never get fixed anything.
