This place is a nightmare. Apartments flood out on a regular basis by raw sewarage.

I know what you mean. My friend's apt was in the basement and you should see them worried about their stuff being soaked in the water. The carpet never been replaced and I still can't understand why they stayed there for so many years. They never complained to the landlord but bought a new carpet to be put on top of the old one. But they said the landlord paid them to stay in a hotel for a night. I am glad that my friends finally moved out from that place for good. There's one thing I hated most is one of the neighbours who lived on the 2nd floor. They were the trouble maker. There was once when I visited them, I saw some policemen wanted to make an arrest of the people upstairs. All of a sudden it turned out to be a bad neighbourhood...
