Not bad if you don't care about maintenance

Location is good and the Management is very easy going and reasonable about rent and increases, very nice during move in and move out periods.
However, maintenance is a nightmare. It is impossible to get service on your apartment. Promises are made to fix things but nothing gets fixed, or if it does it gets fixed incorrectly. There is one maintenance person for too many buildings. He never calls before coming over and never completes a job at one time. If they fix something in your apartment you feel like you owe them something for fixing their apartment. There are a whole variety of bugs in the apartments. Hallway lights do not consistently work at night. Watch out for basement apartments they flood.
